Information we process

We process your name, email, profile and sign-in information, order and credit records, uploaded and generated images, selection areas, replacement text, and messages you send to support. Authentication and hosting services also process IP addresses, browser information and request/error logs for security and operation.

We use this information to provide edits, maintain your account, process purchases and answer support requests. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, these uses rely on providing the service you request; security and fraud prevention rely on legitimate interests, and legally required records on legal obligations.

Service providers

Images, editing instructions and an account identifier are shared with third-party AI service providers to generate your edited image.

PayPal or Waffo Pancake handles payment details. Pancake receives your account identifier, email and order reference to associate a purchase with your account. We keep payment references, status, amounts and credit records, not full card numbers. Hosting, storage and transactional email providers process the information needed for their services. Providers may process data outside your country. We do not sell your personal information.

Images and retention

Input images for new edits are set to expire from our storage after one day. Completed editing history and generated results are available for 30 days, unless you remove the edit sooner. Download results before they expire. Expired edits are hidden and downloads are blocked; storage deletion and cache removal can take additional time. Records needed to resolve a failed task or refund may remain longer. Billing and credit records are kept separately for accounting and disputes, with no automatic expiry.

Stored image links are publicly accessible to anyone who has the link, although images are not listed in a public gallery. Do not upload confidential documents, payment cards or sensitive personal data.

Removing a completed edit from My edits hides it and starts deletion of its images. Deletion cannot be undone and does not refund credits. Third-party copies follow their providers' policies. Account information is kept while your account exists; contact us to request account or content deletion. Support and security records are kept as needed to handle requests, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations.

Cookies and browser storage

Cookies support sign-in and language preferences. Your current editing draft is stored locally in your browser until replaced or cleared. You can clear cookies and site data through browser settings; this may sign you out or remove your draft.

Security and your rights

We use encryption in transit and account access controls to protect your information. We will provide any security-incident notifications required by law.

You can update your profile in account settings. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent. Email support@editimagetext.app from your account address. We handle requests within applicable legal deadlines; some records must be retained for billing, disputes or legal obligations. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Age requirement

The service is for people aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request its removal.
