For questions, feedback or help with an edit, email support@editimagetext.app. You do not need to sign in to contact us.
Briefly describe your question or issue. For account-related questions, include the email address associated with your account. For payment questions, include the order number from Payments. If an edit fails, describe what happened and attach a screenshot if possible. Never send your password or payment card details.
Privacy and refunds
Email us to request account or image deletion, report a billing error or request a payment refund. See our privacy policy and refund policy for more information.
Before contacting us
Check that your image is a PNG, JPEG or WebP file of up to 10 MB, select one text area, and enter the exact replacement. Failed generations return their reserved credit after the server confirms the failure.
