Terms of Service — EditImageText

Using the service

EditImageText lets you request AI edits of text inside a selected image region. By using the service or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information. You must be at least 18, own the image or have permission to edit it, and be legally able to make a purchase. Keep your account secure and provide accurate account information.

AI models and results

Image editing uses OpenAI's GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst through third-party AI service providers. EditImageText is an independent service, not an official product of OpenAI.

AI-generated results can change fonts, wording, image details and areas outside your selection. Exact text, pixel preservation, factual accuracy and suitability for a particular purpose are not guaranteed. Review each result before use.

Acceptable use and content policy

Do not upload, request or generate:

• Pornography or sexually explicit / NSFW content.
• Graphic violence or gore, or content promoting terrorism, mass violence or weapons of mass destruction.
• Hate speech, threats or incitement against people or groups.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors or other child-unsafe content.
• Deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery or deceptive impersonation of real people.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or another person's rights.

Fraud, deceptive alteration of documents, illegal activity and attempts to bypass safety controls are also prohibited. Do not upload sensitive or confidential documents.

Editing requests are subject to the AI model provider's automatic safety checks. To report violating content, email support@editimagetext.app with an edit identifier or image link and a brief explanation; do not resend illegal material. We review reports manually and may issue warnings, remove violating content or end access to the service. You can ask us to review a decision through the same email address.

Credits and payments

One image generation uses one credit. Signup bonuses depend on the registration method and current offer; any available credits are shown in your account. See current packs and prices. Purchases are one-time payments in USD, with no subscription or automatic top-up. By completing checkout, you authorize payment of the displayed total. Credits are assigned after payment is confirmed, do not expire while the service operates and are not transferable. They cannot be redeemed for cash except under our refund policy or as required by law.

PayPal or Waffo Pancake processes purchases. Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record for purchases processed through it. For Pancake purchases, displayed pack prices exclude applicable taxes; the final total is shown before payment. The payment provider's payment, conversion and dispute terms also apply.

Failed generation, timeout or missing output returns the reserved credit once the server confirms the failure. A completed generation uses one credit; preferring another result does not by itself qualify for a credit return or payment refund.

Refunds

Our refund policy covers unused-pack refunds, billing errors and failed-edit credit returns. Payment refunds and related credit adjustments are handled manually. Contact support if a charge or credit balance is incorrect. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Uploaded content

You retain your rights in submitted content and authorize us and our service providers to process it to provide the edit and enforce this policy. Output rights depend on the applicable model/provider terms and your rights in the input. You are responsible for permission to use submitted material and for your use of results.

Availability and accounts

The service is provided as available; processing time and output quality can vary. We may change or discontinue features and will notify you of material changes to these terms by email or a notice on the website. Any protections required by law remain applicable.
